Quiet and Spacious home close to downtown Asheville

Look no further!

Well equipped, private, furnished apartment in quiet, safe neighborhood; all photos were accurate. Perfect size for 2 adults & 1 dog. Easy driving to many restaurants, grocery stores, Blue Ridge Parkway and many Asheville attractions. North Asheville has a great toy store and many restaurants. The owner takes pride in the cleanliness, modern conveniences and maintenance of this property. Phone calls are returned if not immediately, within hours.

We stayed here over New Years weekend and had a fabulous time! The apartment was spacious and clean and had ample parking for both of our vehicles. When we went into downtown, it was just a short drive or affordable Uber ride, which was convenient with all that Asheville has to offer! It was quite cold when we were there, but in the Spring, Summer, and Fall I'm sure the little table and two rocking chairs out front would be lovely. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, appliances, and dishes.  There is an eclectic mix of spices in the cabinet, but if you need something specific it's probably wise to bring it yourself or stop by one of the grocery stores in town- Harris Teeter and Trader Joe's were less than 10 minutes away! The bathroom was very nice, especially the heated floors! There were ample clean towels and wash cloths provided.. We also loved all of the windows, but in the mornings even more I loved that there are dark curtains that can be pulled over to sleep in and enjoy your vacation time. All in all we had a wonderful time in Asheville and a truly lovely stay at this property. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would stay here on future trips to Asheville- of which I hope there are many!

Excellent pet friendly apartment. Beautiful property with a secluded feeling close to town. Owners were very friendly and helpful, and were a great example of why we chose Asheville for our new home. I can't say enough about how happy we are that we stayed here!

Spacious Apartment

Perfect location for fun!

My Month in Luca's Place

This apartment is situated in a convenient location to many of Asheville's local attractions. We actually came down to visit with my youngest daughter & this place afforded us the opportunity, since we had to travel with our small dogs. To our surprise, it was nicely maintained considering they take dogs. We were close to restaurants, the mall, Biltmore and the Basilica was within minutes for Sunday service. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend this property.

Great little apt for a couple or small family, we even had my inlaws stay with us for some of our stay and they were quite comfortable on the queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen was a good size in which to prepare meals, and there was even some food in the pantry and fridge to get us started. The yard isn't very big, but large enough to throw the ball for my dog so it worked. The location was great, close to everything especially West Asheville and Haywood street. The landscaping and flowers make the home very lovely and enjoyable, especially when relaxing on the front porch watching the rain. The property overall is clean and well maintained and the property managers provided excellent customer service. We definitely recommend this property to others for their stay. Very close to all the wonderful attractions Asheville has to offer. We were very sad to leave! Can't wait to return again!

I stayed at Luca's Place a month and had NO PROBLEMS. That says a lot for a rental. If you need a place to stay in Asheville, this is the one for you. Fully stocked kitchen. Spacious living room and dining room. Large shower. Heated bathroom floor. Beautiful grounds. Relaxing front porch. Pet-friendly. Washer/dryer. AND... Close to everything but quiet! I could be downtown in less than five minutes. Also, there are many conveniences nearby: grocery stores, Anytime Fitness, restaurants, shopping centers, etc. STAY HERE!! Sam was so nice and he even gave me some delicious blackberries that he picked! Did I mention that I had NO PROBLEMS in an ENTIRE MONTH! That is ridiculously uncommon. STAY HERE!!
