GREAT FAMILY STAY

Chestnut Hil - Cozy and Inviting 3 bedroom home in West Asheville

Wonderful Home

The home was comfortable for all six of us and our two pups. We enjoyed the proximity to the Biltmore, Chimey Rock, Blowing Rock and Skyline Drive. We hope to return in the Fall to see the beautiful colors of the changing trees.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay at Chestnut Hill. We live in Fort Lauderdale and have a child that lives in Asheville and one in Greensboro, NC. We stayed here during the Thanksgiving holidays with our family. The home was the perfect place to host the Thanksgiving meal. The kitchen had most everything we needed to cook and was big enough to accommodate the whole family. The beds were comfortable and we loved hanging out in the den on the cozy couches. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip to Asheville, NC. The home on Brickyard Road was perfectly situated to the sights we wanted to see, the Biltmore, and to the wedding venue in nearby Weaverville , that brought us to Ashevillle. Our first impressions of the home was that it was immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed. The other amenities, such as TV's, comfortable seating in the Dining and Living rooms, were a plus. The 1 full and 1/2 bathrooms were perfect for us as two couples. Those ,too, were immaculate. We would highly recommend this home to future renters.

Fantastic Getaway!

Excellent Rental Home

Great place and location!

This was such a lovely home to stay at and it was so close to the city! We've stayed on other properties before, but this has been our favorite so far. Very large house, easy to find, pet friendly, and a quiet neighborhood made for a wonderful visit.

This was a wonderful home to stay while on vacation or for a long term housing need. It was extremely clean, nice furniture , and offers WiFi an cable TV. It has one full bath and a half bath and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for an rental house and the bath has plenty of bath towels . It was very to close to the Baltimore House and the downtown area for touring but was in a quite neighborhood for peace and quite. We loved the location and would go back in heartbeat. I would recommend this to anyone the price was great and the location and home were wonderful.

We loved our stay there and would recommend it to anyone! I was a little worried when I found out that there was a downstairs apartment, but it's really only under a portion of the house and want a problem at all. As far as the location, it was close to everything from Biltmore to various parks and downtown, not to mention the vibrant west Asheville scene itself. My son and I had a great time picking blackberries in the mornings, he thought that was just the coolest thing.
